First Aid Courses
With a wealth of experience our tutors will guide you through the training in line with current legal requirements. First Aid Training can be delivered at your client’s premises or at our training facility in Oldham. The large lecture rooms being ideal for both theoretical and practical training.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) 1 day
This new HSE approved qualification came into effect on the 1st October 2009, along with new guidance on assessing the needs of First Aid in your workplace. Your risk assessment of First Aid needs may well identify the need for Emergency First Aider’s, either as an addition to your First Aider’s, or where the risk of your business is low, it may well identify them as being sufficient, without the need of additional First Aider’s.
First Aid At Work (FAW) 3 day
It is a requirement of the Health & Safety law that employers should provide a safe and healthy environment for their employees. If the assessment of First Aid needs highlights the need for qualified First Aider’s, then this course will provide you with suitable, highly trained personnel.
This comprehensive 3-day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with an emergency situation with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way. This course will give participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. All successful students will be issued with a new First Aid at Work Certificate, lasting for a period of 3 years, along with a wallet-sized plastic card detailing their first aid qualifications.
FAW Re-fresher training 2 day
It is a requirement of the Health & Safety law that employers should provide a safe and healthy environment for their employees. If the assessment of First Aid needs highlights the need to maintain the qualification of your First Aider’s, then this course will provide you with that.
This comprehensive 2-day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with an emergency situation with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way.
In addition to this, should there have been any change to protocols during their initial qualification, then this will be updated. All successful students will be issued with a new First Aid at Work Certificate, lasting for a period of 3 years, along with a wallet-sized plastic card detailing their qualification.This course will give participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
