The Construction Apprenticeship program delivered by Heyrod Training Services exceeded our expectations compared to other training providers. In addition to the NVQ framework the apprentices gained additional qualification such as IPAF, CPCS and CIEH L2 manual handling. The training was relevant and enabled them to integrate into the workforce sooner than earlier programs, the success rate for ourselves with the first intake was 80%. We look forward to working with this training provider again.
